Introduction

the target of this page is to provide a common list of definitions, in order to ease the communications between the tech team and the business team, and to ease the onboarding of new team members.

General

  • BXB Landing Page: The landing page for each country (for example bxb.ae), it is only a public page, and should not have any application in it.
  • BXB Application: the real application of BXB, deployed in every country
  • Company: a company registered on the platform. It can be a company with some listings, or without and just be a reference.
  • Listing: a listing is a company that is on sale.
  • Transaction: a transaction is a listing that has been sold.
  • SSO: Single Sign On, it is the authentication system of BXB, it is used to authenticate users on the platform. in our case, it is based on keycloak.
  • Sector: a sector is a category of companies, for example: Food & Beverage, Retail, etc.
  • Subsector: a subsector is a category of companies, for example: Restaurant, Cafe, etc.
