- Website
- Address
- Subsector
- is the company a franchise?
- has parent company
The following elements are derivated from the previous ones:
- Sector
- created By
- Country
- State
- City
- Area
The following elements are not mandatory except if needs to sale the company: - Business name on Trade License - Trade license file

Area¶

Sector¶

SubSector¶

the way to select the subsector should be multiple, with a ful text search.
Advanced Company Profile¶
The advanced profile is necessary only if you want to sell your company on the platform. It should at least have the following elements:
- year established
- number of employees
- product and services (free text)
- Business name on Trade License
The following elements are optional:
- License Type
- Legal Structure
- headquarter (country)
- number of operational countries
- number of branches
- number of employees
- product and services (free text)
- sales channels
- Trade license file
- how many partners in the business
- nb of managers
License Types¶
it should be defined as a table, and linked to the advanced profile of the company.

Legal Structure¶

Financial Company Profile¶
the financial profile is necessary only if you want to sell your company on the platform. It should at least have the following elements:
- annual revenue last year
- net profit last year
- revenue this year so far
- net profit this year so far
The following elements are optional:
- estimated revenue next year
- estimated net profit next year
- % of repeating revenue base (0-25, 25,50, 50-75, 75-100)
- % of revenues from top 3 clients (0-25, 25-50, 50-75, 75-100)
- Total rent amount (if any)
- Area of the office (if any)
- Real estate value (if propery owned)
- Estimated Value of Depreciated Business Assets
- Inventory Value
- audited financials available
- Is the business cashflow positive?
- Intellectual Property (if any)
- Trademarks (if any)
- Customer Database
